Fountain of Youth Smoothie – 100% Fruit 100% Healthy

Ingredients

100g Fruit – Blueberry, Papaya & Banana
260ml Apple Juice (Not from concentrate)

Method

Place all of the ingredients into a blender
Blend for 30 seconds
Pour and enjoy!

If you want to get really creative, you can add a little extra hit if Vit C powder or a shot of wheatgrass juice to really boost the vitamins and minerals.
